Fletcher Street
Sandra and Scott’s young family have moved in to the four storey house placed on a ridge overlooking Bondi Beach. The council allowed such a tall development because it did not appear to be taller than a two storey house and it was adjacent a three storey medium density development.
The advantage of the vertical living is more space available for the garden and stunning views from the top master bedroom floor.

A multi-storey contemporary residence features a striking white facade with rounded corners and cantilevered balconies. On the ground level, white operable shutters provide privacy for large glass doors, while a rustic stone retaining wall separates the house from a tiered garden bed. The vertical design includes a top-floor master suite with glass balustrades. A series of wide stone steps leads up from a white slatted gate toward a recessed entry shielded by a glass awning.

An open-plan minimalist kitchen and dining area features a long, curved white island bench paired with three timber-topped bar stools. A large, natural timber dining table sits on a vibrant burnt-orange rug, surrounded by white mid-century modern chairs with Eiffel-style wire bases. The clean white cabinetry and bright flush interior are illuminated by a large white pendant light and recessed ceiling spots, creating a spacious and warm family hub.
